Control panels for standard range generators
A1 Power Systems equips all of its generators with a base frame-mounted control panel. Each control panel incorporates Deep Sea, Comap or Deif control modules together with integral stand and circuit breaker, ensuring dependable and user-friendly operation. Control panels range from models offering basic manual and remote control to full synchronisation of multiple generators.
Manual Start with Key Control
A popular basic control panel which provides manual control of the generator giving essential machine protection and analogue displays of basic operating parameters.
Manual and Auto Start
An entry level digital control system, providing for manual and remote control of the generator, with operating parameters clearly shown on a responsive LCD display. Full power monitoring and protection facilities are incorporated too, including display of kW, kVA and power factor.
Manual and Auto Start plus Telemetry
Having all the features of the manual and auto plus data communication, this system enables full telemetry via the RS 232/485 interfaces. A facility to integrate SAE J1939 CanBus is also included. All engines with onboard ECU/CanBus have this control as standard.
Auto Mains failure
All the features of the auto start plus full AMF functionality with integrated mains monitoring.
Synchronising (set to set)
In order to meet the ever more challenging requirements of multi-set operation, this control system enables set-to-set synchronisation and load sharing.
Synchronising (single set to mains)
This control system is used to synchronise a single set with the mains supply giving a no break return together with soft load transfer.
Synchronising (multi set to mains)
This is a separate control unit which enables multiple equipped sets to be synchronised with the mains supply.
